In keeping with the theme of religion and spirituality for the Krista Vossler posters. I used the spider and its web here to suggest the stained glass windows found in many churches and temples. The spider Ingmar Bergman used as a symbol to represent God in his films. I rather like that idea. I learned of this while reading about his film Persona, a film from which I borrowed an image featured in the 'Tree Of Life' poster (earlier in this blog). The poster is for a Mountains In The Moon show of which Krista was a member. That religion and spirituality is a recurring theme in her posters comes by an unconscious move on my part as it was upon completion that I made the correlation. --
I know what must've happened...it didn't come in!
